Legal agreement between MMS Player and all subscribers — please read carefully
By accessing, subscribing to, or using the services provided by MMS Player ("Company", "we", "us", "our"), including our IPTV streaming platform, website, and any associated applications, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our services. These Terms apply to all users, including free trial users, paid subscribers, and resellers.
MMS Player provides an internet-based television subscription service offering access to live TV channels, video-on-demand (VOD) content, movies, series, and other streaming media. We offer multiple subscription tiers (Premium, Gold) with varying features, channel counts, and streaming quality. The content library is subject to change without notice. We do not guarantee availability of specific channels, programs, or sporting events.
To access our services, you must create an account with accurate and complete information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or display suspicious activity.
All subscription fees are displayed in GBP (£) and are non-refundable except as outlined in our Refund Policy. Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing cycle (1, 3, 6, or 12 months) unless canceled before the renewal date. You authorize us to charge the payment method on file for recurring fees. Price changes will be communicated at least 14 days in advance.
You agree NOT to misuse the MMS Player service. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to:

All content available through MMS Player is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to stream content for personal, non-commercial use. You may not download, record, or redistribute any content without explicit permission. The Company does not claim ownership of third-party content; we act as a technical intermediary.
We strive for 99.9% uptime, but technical issues, maintenance, or external factors may cause interruptions. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service (including channel lineups) without liability. Scheduled maintenance will be announced where possible.
Either party may terminate your subscription at any time. We may terminate or suspend your access immediately if you breach these Terms, engage in fraudulent payment activities, or abuse support staff. Upon termination, your account will be deactivated, and no refund will be issued for prepaid fees. You may cancel your subscription via your account dashboard or by contacting support.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE". TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MMS PLAYER DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE. YOU USE THE SERVICE AT YOUR OWN RISK.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW, MMS PLAYER AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE PAST SIX MONTHS.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MMS Player, its employees, and partners from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, misuse of the service, or infringement of any third-party rights.
Our service may include links to external websites or integrations (e.g., payment processors). We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of those third parties. Your interactions with them are governed by their own policies.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the service shall first be attempted to be resolved through informal negotiation. If unresolved, disputes will be submitted to binding arbitration in London, UK, unless prohibited by law. You waive the right to participate in class actions.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via email or a prominent notice on our website. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The latest version will always be available at this URL.
